You will be responsible for reviewing all estimating documentation produced as well as completing standardised estimating tasks - including take-offs and pricing.
Most projects are within multiple sectors including CAT A/CAT B office fit out, high end residential, schools, hotel and leisure, all based in Central London. Projects are procured on a single stage, two stage or negotiated basis, and are a mix of traditional design and design and build projects. M&E package values range from circa £5m to £20m in value.
